DELIVERY COSTS:

  • From 49 euros of purchase, delivery costs are free.
  • Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the checkout page.
  • All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé.

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days with tracking number.
  • Personalized items may take 3-5 business days for customization.
  • Package tracking usually updates after 5-7 days .

DELIVERY TIMES:

The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after processing your order , in France and Europe. However, it is possible that you receive your items more quickly.

Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as customs checks, postal delays or public holidays.

MISSING ARTICLE:

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours . If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@veilleusecocon.com as soon as possible.

No request to cancel an order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

ADDRESS ERROR:

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund less shipping costs, or a reshipment, at your choice.
