Shipping Policy
DELIVERY COSTS:
- All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of 4.90 euros.
- For purchases over 49 euros, delivery costs are free.
- Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the checkout page.
- All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis PrivΓ©.

PROCESSING TIMES:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days with tracking number.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed, in France and Europe. However, you may receive your items sooner.
Packages may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs checks, postal delays or public holidays.
MISSING ARTICLE:
If your order, or part of it, has not been delivered, please wait 24-48 hours longer than the estimated delivery time. After this time, please email us at contact@veilleusecocon.com.
Our team is committed to responding to you within 24 hours.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@veilleusecocon.com as soon as possible.
No request to cancel an order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.
ADDRESS ERROR:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address and contact us promptly to make any changes. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information.
If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund less shipping costs, or a reshipment, at your option.
