At Veilleuse Cocon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we will work with you to find a solution.
BACK
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer one-size-fits-all exchanges for garments within 14 days of delivery.
If you believe your product is damaged or defective, please email our support team at contact@veilleusecocon.com.
We will treat your issue with the highest priority and work with you to resolve it. Please note that items purchased with a free gift card or store credit are not eligible for refund or exchange.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to change the size or variant of your order before it is processed, please email our support team within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@veilleusecocon.com.
REFUNDS
Please note that we do not refund orders marked as delivered.
Once the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, you are responsible for your package. Veilleuse Cocon is not responsible for any loss or theft of your package.
Please note that refunds are not available for personalized items, sale items, or orders placed using free gift cards or store credit.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We will deduct the shipping costs for using our return label.
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping charges. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made items cannot be returned. Please note that all items sold are final and we do not accept returns unless the purchased item is defective or you have not received your items after 14 business days.
IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD, WE OFFER YOU 3 OPTIONS:
1. Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.
2. Refund details and vouchers
By default, the reimbursement method is CREDIT.
If you wish to receive a refund to the payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us on the return form and a 15% inspection, warehouse and processing fee will apply . The refund will be visible in your account within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your request.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects do not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are truly sorry! Please email us at contact@veilleusecoconcom with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item)
- A photo or video
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Typically, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Each return request must be accompanied by a return form .
- Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide to you by email.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank
- Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days

DELIVERY :
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a credit, it will be for the amount you paid. If you notified us that you wanted a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product less the restocking fee.
If you would like an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
WARNING :
If you are shipping items worth more than âŦ50, we strongly suggest you return the product to us with a tracking number.
