At Veilleuse Cocon , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we are here to help you.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags intact).
  • Accompanied by all parts and accessories initially included.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return request, please contact us at contact@veilleusecocon.com .

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items:

  • Send us an email with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo or video.
  • Exchanges are for the same size or color only. For a different model, please request a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated at the time of request. Please note:

  • Personalized, sale or gift card items are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund if our return label is used.
  • Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for a refund.

If you want a refund to the original payment method, a 15% processing fee will apply.

How to return an item?

To initiate a return:

  • Complete the return form that we will provide to you.
  • Ship the item to the address we will provide to you by email.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If you are shipping an item over €50, we recommend using a trackable service.

Warning

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order.
